Clear boundaries
The demo is a diagnostic demonstration, not a production deployment. Production implementation, ongoing support, unlimited troubleshooting and security/compliance certification are excluded. Sensitive production data access requires separate scope. Estimates of value and effort are not guaranteed savings or ROI.
Optional implementation sprint
If the diagnostic identifies something worth building, an Implementation Sprint may address one bounded workflow for $2,500–$4,000, scoped separately. It is optional and not included in the diagnostic. This is distinct from the Infrastructure Hardening Sprint.
