Discuss this offering

Who it is for

A business with findings from the external exposure audit or equivalent recent evidence from its IT provider, an authorized change approver and a workable maintenance window. Purchasing our audit is not required when equivalent evidence supports the selected changes.

What is included

One agreed exposure path, up to three named configuration changes, one maintenance window, rollback preparation, one retest cycle and one scheduled follow-up verification within seven days of handover. Exact targets, changes, approvals and stop conditions are agreed before implementation.

How we verify

Using safe test data, check that the affected unauthorized access is denied and the approved business workflow still works. Check relevant direct-origin or API bypass paths. Where logging or alerting changes, verify delivery of a test event to the named recipient. Record any item that does not apply and why.

What you receive

The change register, before-and-after evidence, retest outcomes, rollback instructions, residual risks and an owner-assigned 30-day backlog. Failed controls remain open; the report does not label the whole environment secure.

Timing

Target handover is 3–5 business days after required inputs, access and the maintenance window are agreed, plus the included verification within seven days of handover. That verification is scheduled follow-through, not continuous monitoring.

Clear boundaries

Custom code, migrations, major upgrades, additional assets or changes, extra test cycles, hardware, subscriptions and active incident recovery require separate scope. Hardening does not recover leaked information or prove complete attacker removal. Scope changes require written agreement. Corrections of provider-caused nonconformance within the agreed scope are not an added fee.

Next step

Bring a finding and the workflow that must keep working. Email begin@deepwelllabs.com with subject Infrastructure Hardening Sprint. We confirm fit, the evidence and the change scope before arranging access. No infrastructure change is authorized by an inquiry or purchase alone.

This service is separate from the $2,500–$4,000 workflow Implementation Sprint. The external audit plus this sprint totals $4,900; the optional $750 guided diagnostic is not included or automatically credited.
